Bus Transfers

There are several Bus Transfers available departing from Tullamarine/Avalon airport to Torquay and return.

Tickets for the bus transfer are $35 each and can be purchased from your registration dashboard.

Please note that you must place your flight details into the text box provided including:
* Flight Number
* Airport where your flight arrives

This will ensure that if your flight is delayed the bus driver is aware of your flight and can wait around until you arrive or you can catch the next bus.

Contact details will be provided to you one week prior to the conference should your flight be delayed.

Bus Pick-Up Locations:

Friday 27th April:
 
1.            Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) – (estimated pick-up 8.30am / 10.30am)
Pick up from Tullamarine airport will be from the middle lane outside Terminal 2, International arrivals. The bus will be in Zone 4 and will display the ESA logo.

The Bus will then make its way to Avalon airport.
 
2.            Avalon Airport (estimated pick-up 9.00am / 11.00am)
Pick up from the airport will be outside the arrival terminal. The bus will display the ESA logo.

From Avalon Airport the bus will initially go to the Wyndham to drop delegate's luggage off (if applicable) then onto Peppers ‘The Sands’ Resort.

Sunday 29th April:

At 1.00pm the bus will depart Peppers ‘The Sands’ Resort picking up all delegates who selected the bus transfer. It will then go onto the Wyndham resort where it will pick up luggage (if applicable) for those who stayed there.

(Delegates staying at the Wyndham are advised to leave their luggage at the concierge at check-out as the bus will pick it up on the way through)

The bus will then make its way initially to Avalon (estimated drop-off 2.00pm)
airport then onto Tullamarine (estimated drop-off 2.30pm).
