The conference has secured rooms at a special conference rate. To make your booking complete the details on the registration form. You will need to select your hotel, indicate arrival and departure dates, and provide one night's deposit in advance to secure your booking. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge of the cost of the first night's accommodation.

*Full hot buffet breakfast is available in the hotel Windjammers Restaurant at a special conference rate of $22.00 per person.

All rooms are equipped with airconditioning and spa bath.
*Sharing rooms - Sharing rooms does not result in any increase in tariff and is an effective means of reducing the cost of attending the meeting. Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and, if known, the names of other delegates with whom you wish to share. Each person will be charged one night in advance.
*Extending your stay - the venues will offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Simply indicate your arrival and departure dates on your application. Changes to your booking - should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.
*Check in Times - rooms are not guaranteed available until 2pm on each day though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
