Dr Michael Hofman

I am a nuclear medicine physician at the Centre for Molecular Imaging at the Peter MacCallum Cancer in Melbourne and have a conjoint appointment as a senior lecturer in the Department of Medicine, Melbourne University. I previously completed a PET/CT fellowship at Guy’s & St Thomas’ in London and have a broad interest in molecular imaging applications in oncology and radionuclide therapy. I also have an interest in training the next generation of nuclear medicine specialists and currently serve as the RACP representative on the JSAC in Nuclear Medicine. I have authored or co-authored over 45 peer-reviewed articles, abstracts or book chapters, and currently serve as an associate editor for the Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Oncology and the American Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.
