Direct live streams from the green room’s 50-inch screen, and stream audio directly to guest’s smartphones. Integrated media and lighting control allows seamless collaboration for hybrid meetings, and hearing loop technology increases accessibility with powerful audio.

Parents’ room

ESA Seminar 2026 prides itself on being a family-friendly conference. To accommodate parents with small children attending the meeting, the venue has set aside a parents’ room. The sessions will not be displayed in this room, but parents will be able to watch them from their own personal device via the livestream platform.

Getting there

  • From Gold Coast Airport (OOL):

    Taxis and rideshare services are available at the airport and offer a direct route to the hotel, taking about 35 minutes.

    Rideshare:

    Uber

    Catch your Uber from the designated pick-up zone at the southern end of the terminal, just outside Domestic Arrivals. Need a moment? Relax in the Uber Lounge while sorting your ride.

    Ride Share Services

    Follow the signs to the designated pick-up points curbside near Departures for a smooth and easy journey.

    Taxi:

    Find the taxi rank at the southern end of the terminal, near International Arrivals and across from Rydges Gold Coast Airport.

    From Brisbane Airport (BNE):

    A direct taxi or rideshare from Brisbane Airport to QT Gold Coast takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

    Rideshare:

    Brisbane Airport was one of the first airports in Australia to enable rideshare pick up services, including Uber, Didi, Ola and Sheba. 

    Simply order your rideshare using your preferred app and follow the signs to the designated Rideshare Booking areas to meet with your driver.

    • At the Domestic Terminal, Uber & Rideshare pick up is on the central road between taxi pick up and passenger pick up and drop off, either side of the Skywalk. Upon exiting the Terminal, cross two crossings to find it. View the location on a map. 

    • At the International Terminal, from Level 2, take the lift or escalator down to Level 1, follow the Rideshare Booking signs towards the open air car park on the left as you exit the Terminal building (towards the city). You can also follow the map in your rideshare app to the pick up location. 

    Taxi:

    Taxis are available 24/7 from sheltered ranks right outside the Domestic and International Terminals. During peak times, Kerbside Officers are on hand to assist.

    • At the Domestic Terminal, the taxi rank is located centrally in the front of the Terminal building.

    • At the International Terminal, you will find the cab rank in front of the Terminal on the Level 2 Arrivals Road, through the doors and out to the left.

  • From Gold Coast Airport (OOL):

    • Bus 777: Board the 777 bus from the airport to Broadbeach South Station.

    • G:link Light Rail: Transfer to the G:link tram at Broadbeach South Station and alight at Cypress Avenue Station.

    • Walk: QT Gold Coast is a short walk from Cypress Avenue Station.

    This journey takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.

    From Brisbane Airport (BNE):

    • Airtrain: Take the Airtrain from Brisbane Airport to Helensvale Station.

    • G:link Light Rail: Transfer to the G:link tram at Helensvale Station and alight at Cypress Avenue Station.

    • Walk: QT Gold Coast is a short walk from Cypress Avenue Station.

    This journey takes approximately 2 hours.

  • From Gold Coast Airport (OOL): Approximately a 35-minute drive north via the Gold Coast Highway (State Route 2).

    From Brisbane Airport (BNE): Approximately a 1 hour and 20-minute drive south via the M1 Pacific Motorway.

    Undercover parking is available to attendees at $30.00 per 24 hours, subject to availability.
